順丁烯二酸酐又名馬來酸酐或失水蘋果酸酐,常簡稱順酐。無色結晶,有強烈刺激氣味,凝固點52.8℃,沸點202℃,易升華。主要由苯或碳四餾分中的正丁烷或丁烯氧化而制得,是不飽和聚酯及有機合成的原料。
Maleic anhydride, also known as maleic anhydride or dehydrated malic anhydride, is often referred to as maleic anhydride. Colorless crystal, strong pungent smell, freezing point 52.8 ℃, boiling point 202 ℃, easy to sublimate. It is mainly prepared by oxidation of n-butane or butene in benzene or C4 fraction. 順酐的主要方法有苯氧化法、丁烯氧化法和正丁烷氧化法,但仍以苯氧化法為主。1.苯氧化法苯在V-Mo-P系催化劑作用下,在固定床中發生氧化反應,生成順丁烯二酸酐,反應溫度為365℃(反應床層也可用沸騰床,但消耗高)。然后用水吸收生成順丁烯二酸,再經共沸脫水和精餾,刮片得到成品。2.丁烷(或丁烯)氧化法丁烷(或丁烯)在V-Mo催化劑作用下,經空氣或氧氣氧化生成順酐,反應溫度350-400℃。然后再經水吸收,脫水和精制得到成品。

塑料工業用于制造增塑劑。造紙工業用于制造紙張處理劑。合成樹脂工業用于制造不飽和聚酯樹脂、醇酸樹脂等。涂料工業用于制造絕緣漆、白磁漆、烘漆、清漆等。農藥工業用于制造農藥馬拉松和低毒農藥4049等。醫藥工業用于制造長效磺胺藥。油脂工業用作脂肪、油的防腐劑。有機工業用于制造富馬酸及四氫呋喃等。分析化學中用作化學試劑。
